Genealogical Research Department
The Knox Historical Musuem's Genealogy Research Department may be able to help you research family histories in and around Knox County, KY with records going back to 1799.
Museum Collections Department
The Knox Historical Museum has an extensive collection of items with some knowledgeable staff members with more than 30 years of continuous service.
Historical Research and Photographic Collections
Knox Historical Museum does research on old businesses and buildings in Barbourville and Knox County, KY and maintains an extensive photographic collection or more than 1000 images going back to the late 1800's.
