What Our Patrons Have to Say...

My ancestors were William and Jesse Moore who m. Peggy Cathers and had many children. Wm and son Jesse Moore purchased land on Little Racoon Creek (now Laurel county) in 1810. William and Mary Moore lived in Woodford county and came from Culpepper, VA. May be related to owner of indentured servant merchant ship late 1600s through early 1700s.

Would love to connect to others related to Jesse Moore.

How do I get the information about the Bunch family from The Knox Countian? Bunch is a family name of mine and lived in Knox Co. a long time ago. Thank You. joanncasner@yahoo.com

My great grandfather was Tom Martin of Knox Co. Ky. His father was George W. Martin who married Mary Payne in 1866 and on Tom Martin's death certificate is a John Martin as informant who died in 1956' my grandfather died in 1951, I believe these two were brothers. I found Geo. W. Martin and John D. Martin buried in King Cemetery in Crab Orchard, Ky. and John on my grandfathers death certificate gave residence as Crab Orchard Ky. Could this very well be my great grandfathers family, just trying to verify this information. Thank you so much Larry E. Lawson
