The Daniel Boone Room features memorabilia from the Daniel Boone Festival, which was established in Barbourville, Kentucky in 1948.

Items include the Cherokee Cane Treaties, minutes from the Daniel Boone Festival over the years, numerous photos dating back to 1948, festival posters, catalogs, medallions, medals and collectible coins. Other items include early cameras, typewriters, and camera used in filming the Mitchell Newsreels.
