In recognition of the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II, the  Museum has just released a double issue of The Knox Countian magazine.

The issue features memoirs of several veterans of Company C, 149th Infantry, along with listing of personnel, 81 Knox County casualties, and list of soldiers in the Brush Creek area.

Contents include: 50th Reunion of Co. C, 149th Inf.: The Interviews; Knox Co. WW2 casualties; Brush Creek Honor Roll; Roster of Co. C, 149th Infantry; Boone Trace Update; Ersel Martin in the Pacific; A Soldier's Funeral; and photos of First Baptist Church service personnel.

Issues are available at the museum at a cost of $6 or can be ordered via our website for $6 plus 6 percent sales tax and $1.25 shipping.
